Our Inspection services follow the Standards of Practice (SOP)  as dictated by the State of Maryland as well as the Standards of Practice (SOP) of InterNACHI and abides by those standards.    Each Inspection performed by Tip Top Property Inspections, LLC  will entail a non-invasive visual assessment of the home.   We will walkthrough and examine the quality and condition of accessible components and systems within the property being inspected, while looking for any damage or defects to those components and/or systems.
